• Create a matrix to map functional requirements breakdown with solution breakdown.
• Decide on the best available solution to bring maximum business benefit within available time and budget.
• Being the point of call for all functional aspects of the Project.
• Ensure projects solution is documented using the templates and conforms to standards.
Requirement
• Functional experience with CTRM - Endur
• Good understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong engagement skills, working with senior leaders on regular basis
• Need for strong team-working skills in a virtual environment.
• Ability to effectively engage a virtual team of leaders located in different geographies Strong inter-person management skills.
• The ability to engage with clients about opportunities for commercial optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading practices.
• Powerful interpersonal skills that allow you to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Playing key role in Mentoring/Coaching Junior Endur Developers
• Bringing best practices of Industry and focusing on creating value to the Business
• TOGAF certification and knowledge of BizzDesign preferred
• Knowledge on Pega platform preferred
• Ability to work in virtual teams, across time, geographical, and cultural boundaries
