. Should have Overall 12-15 years of Experience in IT and 5-7 years of experience as Solution Architect.
. should have more than 3+ years of experience for designing architect/solution for B2B/B2C Customer portal.
. Should have Experience in working on variety of front end/UI technologies like React, Angular etc.
. Should be experienced in evaluating multiple technologies for UI and recommending best one for the particular solution
. Should experience in the hosting SAAS platforms like Azure and AWS and evaluating best one for the particular solution
. Should have experience with Backend technologies like Node.js, MongoDB, SQL Server (On Azure) etc. which can be used for B2B/B2C portal
. Should be good in Stakeholder management and presentation skills.
. Knowledge on Azure Data lake and Stratos would be added advantage.
. Added advantage to have experience in Salesforce and Salesforce front end technologies like LWC, Salesforce customization etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Coming up with solution for new initiatives with deep knowledge and research. Presenting backing up the solution to different stakeholders in IT and Business
. Work closely with Segment / Lead Solution architect to come up with the strategy for the portfolio and presenting it to the decision review board
. Guide the development team with respect to the architecture of solution
. Aligning with security and Identity architects to make solution secure and reliable for business
• 7 to 10 years in digital and IT with 3+ years of (business-focused) digital and IT stakeholder management experience. You have a proven track record of digital and IT architecture impact and success.
• Previous working Solution/Data architecture experience
• Stakeholder engagement is key to this role.
• Use, derive and promote relevant guidelines, standards, reference architecture, tools, templates and stored artefacts to deliver architecture (solution, data, technical) in projects. Able to apply TOE standards and how to raise step-outs if needed. Assess vulnerability of technology and to explain relevant IRM strategy for Architecture.
• Works with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Business SMEs to determine the solutions data scope by understanding the business data requirements driving the solution.
• • Works with the Solution Architect to design the end-to-end solution data flows (e.g., API’s) sourcing data from architecturally approved sources (masters) and highlighting any gaps.
• • Works with Analysts, SME’s and Architects to assess data sources and their suitability for the solution. This includes profiling data to infer and communicate pertinent facts about users, systems and data quality from the data sets.
• • Designs conceptual and logical data models to support the business requirements.
• • Uses the logical data model as basis of delivering physical data models or message formats. Works with Software and Data Engineers to ensure they are implemented as designed. Where possible produces DDL for the build of data stores.
• • Ensures that physical models meet all functional requirements and provides input on non-functional aspects
• Use and promote the standard architecture tools for creating and storing key architecture artefacts (focus on BizzDesign), fosters reuse. Ensure architecture artefact quality and retention in appropriate tools.
• Experience in a multi-disciplined IT environment with strong background in Application architecture
• Delivery-oriented with a focus on results. Agile and Product focused delivery is a must-have
• Knowledge of and experience with Shell’s foundational hyperscaler, data platform, IPaaS, authentication and authorization, connectivity architectures are must have.
• Cloud (AWS) knowledge, Open source technologies, Platform mindset, Data and Analytics platform, API-based integration architecture Cloud native architecture preferred.
• Key deliverables include the Solution Architecture High Level Design covering all necessary data models, matrices, diagrams, controls, and architectural guidance to detail the solution’s data design and enable its physical implementation.
• The Solution Architect will need to collaborate with Lead Architect to understand the bigger picture driving the segment, leverage and contribute towards Enterprise artefacts, and deliver in accordance to the strategic guidance and enterprise standards.
• The role requires a hands-on approach to data design including specialist knowledge of technologies involved in the implementation of data-based solutions
• TOGAF certification and knowledge of BizzDesign preferred
• Knowledge on Pega platform preferred
• Ability to work in virtual teams, across time, geographical, and cultural boundaries
